Lower CA bushings, poly or OEM rubber for 240, and necessary to replace top bearing when doing struts? 200

I have sat on the search engine for hours, and see some differences of opinion, of course like everything. But, most of the stuff that came up in the search was from the 700/900 FAQS. I realize, a lot of that stuff pertains to the 240s as well, but not everything.

My latest stupid question is, which lower control arm bushings, (poly or OEM rubber)?

Also, I just replaced the tie rod ends, and ball joints, and sway bar bushings (rubber). I have decided to just go ahead and finish the job and do the struts, control arm bushings, and whatever else you guys recommend.

If the bearing isn't worn out at the top of the strut, can I just repack the bearing?
If I replace tie rod ends, ball joints, strut inserts, CA bushings, sway bar bushings, is this a complete front end rebuild? What about the rubber at the top of the strut mount?
