Passenger Door Handle Issue 900 1996

Hi Guys,

I have a problem. This weekend my friend grabbed the interior door handle, and off flew the trim ring, and then on his second pull, the handle came up and away from the door, the pin came loose, and both springs, a big black one and a small silver one came flying out. I managed to save all the parts, and throw them in the glovebox. The backing plate where everything hooks to is broken, the upper loop where the pin goes through is cracked open. Does anybody know how this thing goes back together? Does the backing plate come off? The plate I'm referring to has the cutout for your hand to grab the handle. How does the interior panel come off without breaking anything? You know the Swedish plastic is a nightmare...HELP!!!
