1. Not sure if you have. Removed the compartment that houses the cigarette lighter. Easier to get to fuse/relay. Yes fuse/relays are one piece. It probably is just stuck. Can't remember if the right rear has a hold down clip or not.

2. I just use the volvo jack points and set the stands either on front or rear axles
