Fuel filter tightening, torque spec? 700

I like to create myself problems before I even pick up a wrench and overthink these things :)

I'm currently waiting patiently for the postman to bring me my correct fuel pump, and in the meanwhile I started thinking about the re-assembly process of my main pump & filter package.

Is there an actual torque spec for the filter banjos, or is it just "until it feels right"?

Incidentally, I found a great way of removing those buggers sans air tools: open ended wrenches on the bolts and counterholds, hold the counterhold and whack the other wrench with a jack handle (hit with the rubber grip of course). It only took a couple of hits on the wrench (and one on my wrist) and we were in business with no damage to the fasteners/filter.
