sorry, it's a 1967 2 door.. The Dana 30 cover gasket fit the differential.

I took apart the P1800 LSD (early english car)gear set and found one of the "crossed shaft" was broken. This appears to be the weak link in the LSD.

I can't find a green book that covers the LSD. Haynes has a brief description of the LSD.

I'm leaning towards re-installing the gears with new bearings (they show normal wear without pitting) and having a solid rear axle.
