Please help with oil leak 200 1993

I got under the car today and took a closer look. There is a slight leak coming from that flange behind the oil pan. Is this where the rear main seal is?

When I got this car, the flame trap was removed and I put one in there. Could this have caused it? I took it back out this afternoon.

Where else should I check? The leak is just a few spots on the ground. I checked the oil level on the dipstick and it hasn't gone down.
