A couple of photos of the swap...

Trans mount adapter is easy - couple of pieces of heavy angle iron
I'm in need of the outer housing for the speedo -

Added about 4" for the gas pedal

With the gas pedal (the metal is ugly cause I treated it with Por 15 Metal ready

Simple compared to the maze of rods, pivots, actuator arms etc.
