I bought one of his (no center speaker grille). It won't be installed until my defroster grilles and pins get here from VLVWorld. I did a test fit and everything appears to line up quite well. There is an edge on the inside of the lip between the radio and the glovebox that may take a bit of clamping and extra glue. This is much nicer than a piece of carpet on the dash.
