1990 Volvo 740 Head Gasket 700

Hey all, my 740 (NA) has been slowly leaking antifreeze for a while now. I am pretty sure that the leak is because of a bad head gasket, because it is leaking about between the head and the block. Today I took of the valve cover and made sure the cylinder head bolts were torqued to spec, which they were. So I guess now I need to move on to just replacing the head gasket. I am fairly confident I can do this myself, and I don't want some lazy mechanic mucking with my brick. So, I would like some comments on how hard it is, or complications with it, and horror stories if you have them. And of course, please correct me if my diagnosis is wrong.

Thanks!

Benton
