Pre-purchase compression test results 700 1991

Hey BB! It's been a while but I just need a few quick answers... We found a nice condition '91 740Ti w/250k, (head rebuilt 60k ago from records), and just wondering if these compression figures were acceptable...

Engine not fully warmed, but close, and it took 8 cranks to get these on each:

150 145 135 145

Just a tad concerned about #3, but it's still within the +/- 10% rule of thumb, but...

We know it needs a valve job, so not sure if that helps a little bit...

Thanks for any/all advice!

JC
