960 Timing Belt Change Questions 900 1995

I changed just the timing belt at 70,000 miles and the car now has 104,000 miles and I am going to be picking up parts for the timing belt change at 140,000 miles. I only changed the belt because everything looked fine in the tensioner and the idle wheel. I am now (at 140,000) considering just replacing everything using the IDP kit for $235. The kit has the belt, tensioner and idle wheel assembly in it (all parts are OEM). Is it the consensus that all timing belt parts should be replaced, rather than just the belt itself?
