think its a fuel delivery issue, pump i think. 140-160 1971

There is only one pump. That is one of the D-jets that I am not very familiar with but I can tell you that
the line to the cold start injector should ALWAYS be pressurized and if your pump is working right it will
fill the beer bottle so quick you'll probably drown in gasoline.
If you can't hear the pump running it is probably not running.
If it IS running, it should be pumping.
