Intermittent wiper mod? 140-160

There was one offered as an option by Volvo for the 73+ 100 series cars and I'm pretty sure it was made by Bosch. I have one in my '73 164 with the little dial mounted in the centre console. It's actually a pretty nice option. I can use my lever on the steering stalk for normal wiper action or dial the switch to a level of intermittancy that suits. I don't see why it couldn't be made to work on an earlier car...if you can find the bits.
