Fine tuning 120-130

Thanks guys, all suggestions much appreciated...taking a few points on..the floats are new, and unadjustable, they are the whole plastic type where you can't bend the tab to raise or lower them. I imagine therefore they are set correctly, they certainly seem to be looking at them. The jets are new, so no ovalling (is that a word ?:)). Needles are kn. Needles are installed perfectly, flush with bottom of the piston. They are nearly new also. The same symptoms existed when I swapped them for a pair of brand new other needles also. I have had no flooding/fuel overflow.
It is quite a puzzle to me that the jets are so high. I could swap the floats over for some adjustable ones I suppose.
Thanks again, keep those theories coming.
