my bricks shock the !@$@#!#$ out of me 200 1989

I own 1989 and 1990 240 DLs. And the both shock the ^&%$@$!$% out me when I get out and close the door. I'm guessing the spark jumps 1/4 inch from my hand to the doors. I have tried closing the door by pushing on the glass and that works but usually, I brace myself and shut the door like a normal person. Am I the only one who gets shocked by my bricks?
