Missing a Few Parts or am I? 120-130

Ok i just dropped the radiator and gas tank off to be cleaned and boiled.

Started to look around and see what I need to fix to pass inspection.

The Seatbelts, Im thinking there is something missing passenger one is removed and sitting in a box the Drivers I cant seem to find where to attach it?? I looked for pics but the search on here SUCKS.

Next up the Gas tank, It wasnt hooked up I ran the car off of a gravity feed. There is no fitting in what im assuming is the outlet? is there suppose to be a pickup or strainer? All I have is a 2' long piece of NEW 3/8" fuel line (from the car side) that doesnt appear to have ever touched fuel and a hole in the tank. Im also missing the complete fuel sending unit.

Intake Manifold (weber), has a yellow caplug on the #2 intake over a nipple. I also have a tube running off the LH side of the Crank case with a PCV in it just hanging into space. Should they be hooked up together?

Thanks, And yes I tried the search button and im in the process of getting a maintenance manual. But in the mean time I can do almost everything or at least get stuff ordered or located to get this thing roadworthy.

I appreciate any help

Thanks, Jason
