Missing a Few Parts or am I? 120-130

Yes thats Thee Car.. The Guy was mildly questionable in his responses to my questions. The car seems mostly solid. not beautiful by any means. I mainly bought it to fix and use as a driver.

Im based out of warrensburg here.

As for loops for the seatbelts, they appear to be the missing link.

The Weber leaks horribly from the accelerator pump. I have a rebuild kit coming. I have experience rebuilding strombergs, mikunis, holley, edelbrock.. just not webers but it appears to be very simple.

I will most likely remove the rust metal prep it then por15 it. This isnt my first used car although it does appear to be a very simple car. Mechanically and electrically.

Alot of stupid problems on this car caused by previous owners, halfassing it.
