I dont think I got screwed either ($1850), its just he really wasnt very forthcoming. Really wish I had known he had another m40, didnt get that one in the deal. The parts I did get with the car appeared to be pretty picked over. Really would of felt better if he let me take that chevelle out for a spin.

I should have the car all worked out once I find out what is missing. Its really difficult to put a car together if you've never seen a car like it before in person. Or even better have one to compare it too.

So anyhow whats your take on the clutch situation, I have a new slave coming and im going to go ahead and get a master to... most likely. then rebuild and recondition the ones on it for spares.

Id love the overdrive gearbox but I dont have a need, this will probably be an in town car. We have a much nicer newer car for the long hauls.

As for a Parts car in Wentzville ugh no thanks for now it was about 400 miles with a crappy uhaul trailer behind my in-laws truck.. dont need a repeat..
