distributor 120-130

I just did this job today on my cousins '68 Porsche 912. His distributor had to much end play--up and down--so I popped it out and found it was missing the shim and fiber washer at the bottom--used the bits from a B20 distributor to get it right. The pin is a press fit through the distributor shaft--be sure to record the drive offset relative to the rotor mount so you don't have the drive flipped after reassembly. Support the drive on a solid surface (with a place for the pin to go) and drive the pin out with a pin punch.
