what all do i need? 200

here's the plan: put a d24t with m46 into my 1981 bertone.

here's what i have: m46 with bellhousing for the diesel motors. 200 series diesel radiator and airbox.

what do i need? i've been told i need the oil pan from a d24 if i don't want to notch the engine crossmember. do i need to change the oil pickup? do i need a 200 series diesel specific tranny crossmember for the m46 or does the 200 series gasser m46 crossmember fit properly? is the engine crossmember special or different for the diesel 200? i know i need to source the diesel 200 series fuel tank.
