remove air conditoning 760 700

Hello again,
I was thinking of removing the AC on my 760. It has an electronic climate control so I was wondering if I could still use the heat if I removed the components for the air conditioning?
I'd like to get rid of it since it's not working anyways and I hate AC. We might need it for maybe 4 weeks around here.
Any thoughts or links?
