760 w/Nivomats and rear sway bar? 700

I have always wished to beef up the drive-ability of my 765, in particular the mushy feeling of the rear end when giving it to her in a power turn.

Of course dollar$ are always a consideration. I now have access to the rear sway bar of a 740 sedan.

Question: Will the design and function of the Nivomats be comprised with the installation of this sway bar?

Other than removing the bar (rust etc on 20 year old bolts) I expect the installation to be relatively easy.
