91 245 will start, idle, then dies after 5 seconds 200 1991

I need help. I have checked all I can think of to check. I have replaced FPR, AMM to throttle body tube, several vacuum lines, checked all fuses and relays, and checked the AMM with a DMM.
When I start the car from cold, it will start and idle fine for about 5 seconds, then it dies, unless you pump the throttle.
The past several months it was driveable, but had a stall accelerating from idle. Cruising was fine, but it did seem to be down on power a little bit. I just changed the plugs, wires, cap and rotor and the plugs looked to be perfect color.
Any ideas? Could the ECU be crazy? I reset by pulling the #6 fuse and I get no check engine light. What next?
I appreciate any help I could get. My daughter needs this car to start summer school soon.
