Pulling out the dash 140-160 1971

Yea the vinyl on mine is cracked unfortunately. I have a line on one that isn't but that will be in the future when I can install that. How do I get the instrument panel out? Mine has come loose on one corner and is sort of 'floating' I wanted to pull it out and clean it and test the voltage regulator on the back for the fuel and temp senders.
