Rear seal replacement 140-160

As part of work I'm doing I picked up a rear neoprene seal kit. I have all the bolts out of the seal housing. I removed the two oil pan bolts going up into the seal housing. The housing pulls out slightly at top but the housing is resisting coming loose it seems at the bottom. Trying to use care not to damage the oil pan gasket. Oil pan gasket doesn't look stuck to seal housing. Didn't want to pry too hard. Tricks to getting seal housing loose?
