Help needed with 1987 245 cooling system

Seems like you are losing quite a bit of water. Since the oil pressure is higher than the water pressure, usually the oil ends up in the water.
If it's not leaking out some where (are the carpets wet?, heater core). Then it must me going out the exhaust.
A good mechanic could confirm the presence of the anti freeze in the exhaust I think.
Fixing this right would mean replacing the head gasket, not too bad a job.
