Failed NOX just over a 100 points??? 200 1992

My 1992 Volvo 240 Wagon with 190k failed the NOx reading by a 140 points. Acceptable is 1006 my reading 1140. It runs great gets excellent gas mileage, 23-25 highway, and seems perfect. So what can I do to drop this reading 140 points? I purchased a fuel filter and air filter, and plan to run a tank of super with fuel injection cleaner thru the system. Will this be enough or is there some other trick I can do. I can't imagine it's anything serious since all the other readings were good and well in specs.
Thanks...
