Errors in the factory manuals 200

I looked at the green book again and dfound that I'd made a mistake. It was right. I mis-read the step about turning the ignition off when checking for voltage at terminal #18 in the green book I thought it said to turn it off when in fact it said to turn it on for this check. So it was correct and I was mistaken. My apologies. I did however continue with the checks in the green book and everything is checking out good except for one thing. I got to the step where you ground terminal #21 at the ECU plug and you check for voltage at the air mass meter terminals #9 and #36 on the airmass meter connector. I've got 12V at terminal #9 but I can't get any voltage at terminal #36. I've got a spare AMM so i gues I'll try swapping that out and see if that changes things. Also I've printed out a copy of the Bentley erratica stuff to have with my Bentley. On behalf of I'm sure everyone here on the BB who does their own maintenance I'd like to say thanks for all of your work clarifying all of that information as I'm sure it was no small task. Thanks again and I'll keep you all posted, Charles
