no starts help 200 1989

gentlemen it has came to my observation that we have A great amount of knowledge on this site of the 240 brick but no clear step by step flow plan or chart, how to solve A no start condition.only suggestions. by combining all of our knowledge and talent we can come up with A thread..flowchart ect... in which we can give anyone A path to follow.By using other threads we can come to a consense to add to this one and have,but we must discuss on Another then add to this one. let me be the frist to start-- NO START CHECK IF THERE IS GAS.--NOW MY BROTHERS OF THE BRICK WHAT WOULD NEXT. PLEASE DISCUSS WITH OTHERS
