Here's the latest in my '82 245 project car quest 200

Okay, here's the deal. I went ahead and started doing all of the LH 2.0 electrical checks using the green book. I started on page 17 in the section

called "Group 23 LH-Jetronic II Inspection" for those of you who'd like to follow along. Everything was checking out good until I got to the section on

checking the fuel injectors on page 20 at the top. I had something like 4.8 ohms when they said that 4.0 ohms was normal. It's not high enough to qualify

for the first option that says that one of the injectors or injector wires was defective. Just to remind you all, these injectors are used that I had

ultrasonically cleaned and flow-matched by cruisinperformance.com. I also checked all of the injectors resistance per the book and they were all at 15.7

ohms so not quite 16. Well I continued on and ran into a snag when I got to the throttle valve switch check on page 21. It says to connect an ohmmeter

between terminal #3 on the ECU plug and ground. It goes on to say that the meter should show zero resistance at idle and infinate resistance in all other

positions. Now I interprit that to mean 0.00 on my digital ohmmeter. Well I tried the 3 different throttle switches that I have and the best that I can get

at idle is 3.5 ohms. All of the rest of the throttle switch tests went good. In the next test for the IAC, I did both of the tests and the best I could get

in both tests on the 4 IAC used units that I have is 25.5 ohms when it says that it should be approx. 20 ohms. Do you all think I need to replace any or

all of these units that don't quite fall ino the books specs? If so which one(s) do you think could be causing my no-start problem. I'm also open to other

possibilities. Thanks, Charles
