'97 S90 engine block petcock location? S90-V90

Recent purchase of 1997 S90 with 140k. Replacing all fluids, and hope to locate petcock to drain the block in prep for coolant flush. Can anyone assist with location? Also, any ideas on how to retreive maint records from dealers? Know where the service was performed, but often times dealers are citing privacy concerns about prior owners and refuse to release service records - frustrating to say the least!!
