200k fuel pump, opinions sought 700

740t wagon, '91

I removed this as is from my car today with the intent of only replacing the fuel filter. The clamp holding the fuel line to the fuel pump was also rotted away completely. Tell me what you guys think (I already have the fuel filter). Pump runs fine as far as I know. As I see it, I have three options:

1. Just replace the filter as planned, buy a new clamp for the fuel line and bolt back up. (cheapest)

2. Buy a new banjo line between fuel pump and new fuel filter (35$). Grind away rust, POR 15 everything, and hope everything stays in place and my fuel pump last another 100k.

3.Source and replace everything. (The whole assembly is an accident waiting to happen).

Thanks
