electric issue?? 900 1997

I have 1997 960 Wagon.

Recently, my bulb failure indicator light has been illuminating, but all the bulbs work (meaning they aren't burned out--the brake light on one side doesn't go on). I believe the problem with this has something to do with one of my rear brake/tail light holder things. I tried cleaning the electrical contacts, but that hasn't worked.

Also, the open door indicator light on drivers door isn't working. The interior lights don't go on when the driver door is open and the open door chime isn't working (you know the dinging when the key is in the ignition off position).

No fuses are blown. Is this all a coincidence?

Any insight to all of this would be much appreciated.
