What weep hole? Water pump woes or not? 200

FAQ says inspect water pump weep hole for leaks. What weep hole? I couldn't find a hole down there if Brittney Spears was down there taking names and put me and my bald head at the front of the line. I jacked the car up to check out the rotors and noticed a leak under the engine pan. Removed pan and saw coolant leak from what appeared to be water pump seal near the top of it, but there's so much junk there I can't tell. The belts are very loose. I can turn the alternator pulley with my hand, it's that loose. And yesterday I thought I heard a belt squealing while taking two strange teenagers to school who once posed as my kids.

Am I lucky enough to assume that the tightening of that belt will stop the leak, or is the pump going bad?

Give me some good news Brick Brothers. Or tell me how to find the weep hole at least.

Thanks
Cuddy the Grim Weeper.
