Quick Suggestions Needed: Aggressive Wobble When Braking 900

I just had my summer wheels put on, and I now have an aggressive steering wobble whjen baraking. Steering is fine at higher speeds, but when braking the wobble starts, at about 50kms/hr, and slowly disappears as I slow to a stop. The tires are new last year.

I asked the tire shop to put the wheels on hand tightening and to use a hand torque wrench to help prevent over torquing of the wheels, and warping of the rotors. Would simply looesing and retightening all 4 wheels do the trick? The dealer will likely try me for $100 if I ask for them to do this.

Any ideas here for a quick fix? I need a quick solution as I leave for a business trip Monday.
