Will B20 pistons work in a B18? 120-130

I have done this several times for customers. Use the B20 pistons - rods - crankshaft and all will be well, unless the block is thin. I've never hit water. Makes for a "sleeper" engine.
You should use the early B20 head as well.
Upgrade to the oil pump from the B20 after checking the relief valve spring for wear on the side.
