1975 164E Tire Intrigue, Mixed Sizes 140-160

So I'm finally getting around to doing and having done some work on the 1975 164E and noticed that the tires are of different sizes.

My fronts are: 205/65R15

My rears are: 165R15

What is a good size tire to put on this car? Just guessing that the 175R15 are no longer made.
