Custom Radiators- P210 444-544

Its actually pretty easy to adapt a 544 nose to a Duett. The only real difference is in the height of the radiator "hoop" that attaches at the center to the frame. Because the Duett front sheet metal sits about 4 inches higher on the frame than on the 544, Volvo made up for the difference by adding height to the hoop. You can cut and weld in a sheet metal spacer to increase the height of the hoop, and then mount a stock radiator. It will sit lower with respect to the sheet metal than in a 544.
