Electric windows disabled 200 1988

Not really sure how you "checked the fuse". I think it is fuse #10 (8amp) and it might only serve power windows. Seems that for all windows to be inoperative at once, that it is most likely a fuse issue. Good thing to clean the fuseblock contact surfaces and the fuse contact surfaces. Is the fuse a ceramic or a glass tube type? I have seen glass tube types fail out of view under the metal caps. There is a relay and it is fused by #12 (8amp). But if that fuse fails, you should also experience other accessory failures (A/C, seat belt warning light, etc.). Without these accessories rendered inoperative, then a power window relay might be the concern.
