951 ecu fixes 2-1-2 and 2-3-1 code 200 1990

I'm mostly posting this for posterity. I had an annoying set of error codes that nothing would get rid of. Tried all new MAF, O2, FPR and checked just about everything and still got the codes. I had a white label 561 which is supposed to be better than the pink label 561. The pink label 561 usually fails with a no-start, fuel pump portion goes bad I think. The white label doesn't usually fail this way. Anyway I didn't think it would help but I finally put a 951 in there and so far so good. 3 days about 8 starts with normal mixed city/hwy driving and no codes so far. Runs smoother, idles a bit slower and I'll have to see about the mileage but it believe it was running a wee bit rich (variable mileage on the highway, one time 26mpg other times 29mpg).
