Hello,

Good used ones can be had if you look.

The vacuum pressure sensor can be rebuilt. Usually all that is bad is the metal diaphram, but sometimes the aneroids are bad and that can cost over $500.00 to have properly repaired.

Not the worst price considering that last list prices were in the $2000.00 range for new ones right from Volvo.

I will not rebuild a unit that has been altered as the repair shop does not have the specs to reset the sensor after it has been adjusted.

I have used a later CIS airslide to work in place of the original.
