Reading and understanding the color code 700 1991

740 base sedan 1991

Hi All,

I am trying to pull out the color code from the metal plate in the engine compartment.
One the right of the plate, three lines are populated with the following numbers:

26139 -2
DC31A14
-9 4515

The plate also says Made in Belgium if that helps.

Looking online I am having a difficult time understanding what the code is.
The car is silver by the way.
