Actually, I have them on mine (below) but it's a rather complex shape (asymmetrical) and some dimensions are critical (to avoid hitting the wiper arms). I wish I could help, but mine are (1) attached with parts inside the vents that will probably break if I try to remove them, and (2) I'd have to cut out the screens to access those attaching parts to release them. You should monitor eBay to get originals.

Here, painted and covered with screens (to keep debris out of the vent passages):
