third seat seatbelt help 900 1993

I have a 945 with the third seat. It has two sets of seatbelt latches (4 total). Two in the middle like you would expect and two at the wheel wells that buckle and unbuckle so that the lap belt goes under the metal support arm for the backrest. The problem is that the buckles on the sides (wheel wells) don't work any more and I would like to replace them. Tasca Volvo can't see anything like this in there catalog - most seats apparently had bolts there and only one buckle per belt. Anyone know part numbers for these buckles? An exploded parts diagram would be tremendous if you have it (I have seen the instructions in the FAQ). Thank you.
