b20 cams 140-160

Hi am doing a mild build up of an Aussie b20b for my 142. Bottom end 30 thou over rebuild, steel gears, possibly IPD lifters and pushrods(tubular) etc. Head has mild exhaust porting and later larger intake valves, hardened seats, bronze guides, been machined to E heads 10.5:1 cr, planning on using stock springs and rockers. Currently on su's or strombergs but will be using 45's when I can dig some up. Starting off with larger injected exhaust manifold with a view to extractors at some stage.
Car will be a second daily with a view to some club days at the track, hillclimbs etc.
What I need is a cam that fits this spec or possibly one requiring stiffer/dual springs still using std rockers.
Opinions?
