b20 cams 140-160

Got any flow figures for your head?

Beehive or dual springs are mandatory for performance. If you stay with stock springs, then the Volvo K cam is the absolute maximum you can run reliably.

45's = 2x45 DCOE's or DHLA's? They require a completely different cam to twin SU's. Twin SU's hate duration while one throat/cylinder thrives on it.

Isky are the people who make the IPD cam, lifter & pushrod kits. Source those parts directly. I think Crow cams can supply similar, check their prices too.
