Both fans running, plenty of airflow, new evap, new O tube, overnight pumpdown and correct charge, temp blend door function confirmed, heater valve pulls in (and even with the heater hose clamped off) the duct temp is no lower than 65F in MAX cool.

ECC unit codes 111 (no fault), compressor cycles OK in the 23-40 range, accumulator can and suction hoses are cold and beaded with H2O. No way to read the high side, of course.

The heater functions OK under ECC.

I'm stumped. Anyone have any ideas? Where is my cooling?
