1983 240 Turbo Fuel leak 200

Hello everyone. I have finally installed my rebuilt engine. I have been distracted by other issues. However, I am back.

I have three questions. 1) What is the name of the unit that sits next to the main fuel pump under the car? it is leaking and I need to replace it.

2) When I installed the engine and fired it up (after installing all the turbo gear), it blew a freeze plug. I replaced it with a freeze plug from the dealer and it proceded to blow another (different) freeze plug. These are the freeze plugs on the block (four). I replaced it also. It is hard to install these things with the engine in the car. My question is, what is the deal with these things? You can't tell if they are in or not.

3) If the timing mark is not on the pully, how can I time the engine? the marks are on the timing belt cover, but no mark on the pully. I was told to put the engine at top dead center and place the mark at the zero point on the pully, but how do you determine top dead center?

Thanks and enjoy.
