Oil leak in engine head 200 1984

The engine has developed a 'significant' oil leak on the top right corner. Have replaced the valve cover gasket, no difference. Looked closer, and the drip appears to be originating beside the bolt which holds on the top half of the timing belt cover. Could it be the camshaft bearing/seal? No evidence of any oil on the timing belt. This drip is significant- I can see it dripping onto the water pump, and then onto the alternator. Any suggestions? Thanks.
