A quick web search caused this to pop up... but it's for 45s. Maybe they got 40 units as well.

Were it me, I'd scour ebay. If you have to go with a set complete with carbs, you could always buy it and sell the carbs off.

I got my DCOE 40 setup on Ebay, manifolds and carbs, as well as most linkage, for just over US$400... and apparently, in pretty appropriate tune for a B20. I never touched 'em.
